Show Me Hope Initiative Offers Support

Mental Health America and its Eastern Missouri chapter are now a partner agency in Missouri's formal response to the COVID crisis.  They recently announced two resources within this Show Me Hope initiative:

• SHOW-ME HOPE Disaster Distress Helpline provides 24/7, free, COVID-related crisis counseling at 800-985-5990. Or you can text TalkWithUs to 66746.

• The MOShowMeHope.org website has Fact Sheets on stress management and coping, self-care tools, and links to the statewide network of Show-Me Hope teams for more localized assistance.
