The Clay, Platte, Ray Mental Health Board of Trustees meets the fourth Wednesday of each month at 4:00 p.m. at their offices in the Beacon Mental Health Building Main Campus - Maple Woods location or via Zoom videoconferencing. The board generally does not meet in November and Decembers. Meetings may be canceled if there is no new business, or no quorum, so please check website morning of scheduled meeting to make sure it is still taking place.

Notice is hereby given that the Clay, Platte, Ray Mental Health Board will conduct a work session on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., in the board office at 3100 N.E. 83rd Street, Suite 2700, Kansas City, Missouri.
A CALL FOR A QUORUM* PURSUANT TO BYLAWS REVISIONS FOR THE REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING OF THE BOARD IS HEREBY MADE.
