Our purpose
Local support. Lasting opportunity.
Improving access to inclusive mental health services for residents of Clay, Platte and Ray counties.
A community commitment, since 1980.
In 1980, residents of the three counties voted to establish a local mental health levy. The following year, the counties formed a shared Board of Trustees to direct those funds toward comprehensive community services.
That commitment helps nonprofit and public partners provide treatment, prevention and support for children, adults and families across the Northland.
The board funds services through community organizations. Residents seeking care can connect directly with a provider.
