Kansas NAMI Offers Online Connections Course

NAMI Connection for Kansas - Online is a free, peer-led support group for individuals over 18 years of age, who have experienced symptoms of a mental health condition, such as anxiety, depression, or sleeping difficulties. You will gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others, and the groups are led by trained leaders who've been there.

NAMI’s support groups are unique because they follow a structured model to ensure you and others in the group have an opportunity to be heard and to get what you need.

This program is Free of cost to participants and is designed for adults (18+) with mental health symptoms. People with mental health symptoms lead the meetings. The online meetings are 90 minutes long and meet weekly, every other week, or monthly (varies by location). The program is confidential and endorses no specific medical therapy or treatment.

The sessions are 7-8:30 p.m. Learn more about available dates and register at this link.
