Improving the availability of inclusive mental health
services for all residents in Clay, Platte and Ray counties.

Free 6-Session Virtual Homefront Class

NAMI Homefront Online classes will begin Tuesday, Sept. 21.

The class helps the understanding of what the Service Member/Veteran is experiencing related to trauma, combat life, civilian life transition, PTSD, and other mental health conditions.

Homefront on-line registration is available at this link: Homefront > NAMI Missouri.

Based on the nationally recognized NAMI Family-to-Family program, NAMI Homefront is designed to address the unique needs of family, caregivers and friends of those who have served or are currently serving our country.

The program is taught by trained family members of service members/veterans living with mental health conditions. And it’s now offered online!

Online classes meet weekly for six weeks in a virtual classroom, so participants experience the same level of interaction and learning as traditional in-person classes.
