Mental Health First Aid Offers Chance to Learn Important Skills

Mental Health First Aid classes will be available in the Northland.

Mental Health First Aid provides training on how to recognize and support those with mental illness. The class is an eight-hour training course that teaches how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.

Adult MHFA Class Area Schedule:

• Dec. 6, Overland Park, Ks, $45

• Dec. 14 KCMO 64108 Free

• Jan. 14 Tri-County,  $40
